Express Entry Draw
Date of Draw: July 05, 2024 at 16:03:12 UTC
Minimum CRS Score: 445
Program: Healthcare Occupations
Tie-Breaking Rule: May 07, 2024 at 21:27:04 UTC
Although the CRS score cut-off was 445 -marginally higher from the last draw under this category, this draw unequivocally shows perfect alignment with the strategic priorities of IRCC, identified by our research team, as well with our own with respect to our clients. Focus on healthcare (highlighted text under strategic priorities section) has been identified by us as a prime strategic priority of IRCC and it remains as such and around 7% increase in ITAs in this draw vs the last one in this category not only strengthens our belief in identified-IRCC priorities but also in our experts and research team.
Did you know that none of our clients in this draw came into the tie-braking rule?
Let’s discuss how we achieved that.
2024/26 Strategic Priorities
A careful consideration of the language of the Supplementary Information for the 2024-2026 Immigration Levels Plan issued by IRCC on Nov 01, 2023 suggests clear strategic priorities along the following lines:
- Green (net-zero) and digital economy
- Focus on health, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)
- Trades, transportation and agriculture to support expansion of Canadian businesses
- Family support for newcomers’ well-being and social adaptation
- supplement household income by spouses through Spousal Sponsorship
- Provision of childcare by Parents and Grandparents enabling their sponsors to enter or remain in the workforce.
